Let me show you how a complex scenario at Integromat is processed.
Ukážu Vám, jak vypadá průběh komplexního scénáře na Integromatu.
This is our scenario processing the Zendesk tickets which have a flag to be sent to the GitHub developers.
Takhle vypadá náš scénář, který synchronizuje tickety v Zendesku, které mají příznak pro odeslání vývojářům do GitHubu.
During its run, Integromat will verify in Zendesk if there are new tickets to be sent to the GitHub
Při jeho běhu se v Zendesku ověří, zda jsou nové tickety na odeslání do GitHubu
and if they are, scenario continues according to the settings.

In this case, we have one ticket in Zendesk.

We have two filters that will divide scenario into two branches, depending on whether it is only to update existing issue on GitHub, or creating a new one.
Máme zde dva filtry, které scénář rozdělují na dvě větve dle toho, zda jde pouze o doplnění již existujícího issue na GitHubu, nebo o založení nového.
In our case it was a change in an existing ticket in Zendesk, for which has already been created an issue on GitHub.
V našem případě šlo o změnu v existujícím ticketu na Zendesku, pro který již bylo založeno issue na GitHubu.
Bottom filter thus halt the creation of a new issue on GitHub and scenario continued on top to modify an existing issue.
Spodní filtr tedy zastavil vytvoření nového issue na GitHubu a scénář pokračoval horní částí k úpravě existujícího issue.
Here Integromat discover what issue is assigned to a corresponding ticket for Zendesk, so it will update the correct one.
Tady Integromat zjistil, jaké issue je přiřazeno k odpovídajícímu ticketu na Zendesku, aby aktualizoval to správné.
The following three filters are for three different situations. Closing the issue if the ticket was solved
Následují tři filtry pro tři různé situace. Uzavření issue když byl ticket vyřešen,
or updating issue with new information from ticket or reopening already closed issue.
nebo aktualizace issue o nové informace nebo znovuotevření již zavřeného issue.
In our case Zendesk ticket was solved, so Integromat closes issue on GitHub.
V našem případě šlo o uzavření ticketu v Zendesku, takže scénář uzavřel issue v GitHubu.
