Let us show you how to create a scenario that will enter information from your emails into a Google Spreadsheet.

Pojďme si ukázat, jak si vytvořit scénář, který všechny naše emaily zaznamená do tabulky Google Sheetu.

First create and name a new spreadsheet.

Tabulku si nejdříve vyrobíme a pojmenujeme.

Add column headers specifying which data from the emails shall be entered, like date, sender address and subject.

Vytvoříme si sloupce, které nás z emailu zajímají, to znamená datum kdy přišel, od koho byl a předmět.

You can modify the spreadsheet as you want.

Tabulku si můžete libovolně upravit.

Now you can move on to creating the scenario.

A můžeme přistoupit k vytváření samotného scénáře.

To create the scenario, click the "Create your first scenario" button" and then click on the first circle and select the Gmail module.

Scénář vyrobíme tlačítkem přidat scénář, klikneme na první kolečko, vybereme modul Gmail.

Select the Watch emails trigger.

Jako spouštěč vybereme sledovat poštu.

Create a connection to your Gmail account so that Integromat knows which account to work with.

Vytvoříme spojení k našemu Gmail účtu, aby Integromat věděl, s jakým účtem bude pracovat.

Select the mailbox folder you want to watch or you can select all emails.

Vybereme si jaký adresář emailu chceme sledovat, nebo zvolíme všechnu poštu.

Choose that you want process only unseen emails and mark them as seen when processed.

Vybereme, že chceme pracovat jen s nepřečtenými emaily a po zpracování je chceme označit jako přečtené.

Select from where you want the email processing to start. For example from the beginning, so All emails.

Nastavíme, kde chceme začít emaily zpracovávat. Například od začátku.

Or you can choose the first email from which the processing is to start.

Nebo si můžeme vybrat konkrétní email, od kterého máme začít.

If your mailbox is empty, nothing will be displayed.

Nic se nám nezobrazuje, protože schránka je prázdná.

You can thus select "From now on" option to watch all emails received from now.

Vybereme tedy od teď. To znamená, že budou zpracována všechny emaily, které od teď přijdou.

Now specify what you want to do with the emails. Search for Google Sheets and the "Add a row" trigger.

Nyní zvolíme, co s nimi budeme dělat. Najdeme si Google Sheets a chceme přidat řádek.

You need to grant access rights for Google Sheets, so far you have only allowed access to Gmail.

Musíme povolit práva ke Google Sheets, protože jsme předtím povolili jen Gmail.

Select the file you have created at the beginning.

Vybereme si soubor který jsme si vytvořili na začátku.

The columns headers have been loaded from that file. Now select the data you want to map to each column.

Sloupce se nám načetly z toho souboru a my namapujeme, co do kterého chceme dát.

Date, Sender email address and subject.

Takže datum, email odesílatele a předmět.

Save the scenario and you can try to run it.

Scénář si uložíme a můžeme si ho zkušebně spustit.

If your email mailbox is empty, nothing is loaded. We can check that it's empty.

Protože je emailová schránka prázdná, tak se nám nic nenačetlo. Podíváme se - je prázdná.

So let's send an email to your account so that you can test the scenario.

Tak si pošleme jeden email, abychom ve schránce něco měli.

Enter your email address.

Pošleme si ho na náš účet

Enter a subject for the message

vytvoříme nějaký předmět

Some content and send the email.

nějaký obsah a email odešleme.

Once the email arrives to your mailbox,

Email je odeslán a dorazil do naší emailové schránky.

run the scenario again.

Znovu spustíme scénář.

Integromat will load the email and store data to Google Sheets.

Integromat email načte a uloží záznamy do Google Sheets.

In the log you can see what was processed and where it was saved.

V logu si můžeme zobrazit co bylo zpracováno a kam to bylo uloženo.

Check if the data were entered correctly in Google Sheet.

V Google Sheet si můžeme ověřit uložení dat.

After you have tested the scenario, you can save it.

Nyní máme scénář otestovaný a stačí ho uložit.

Now schedule the scenario to run as you need.

Teď ho nastavíme, aby se nám spouštěl jak chceme.

You can enter for example 60 seconds and then activate the scenario.

Nastavíme každých 60 sekund a aktivujeme jej.

Once activated, the scenario will run automatically. It will watch your Gmail mailbox and list any incoming email in the Google Spreadsheet.

Od teď jede scénář automaticky, sleduje naši Gmailovou schránku a vše co do ní přijde zaznamená do Google tabulky.

To check whether everything runs as you want, you can send another message.

Můžeme si poslat druhou zprávu, abychom si ověřili, že všechno funguje v pořádku.

Once you have sent the message, Integromat will processes it and saves it to the spreadsheet.

Druhý email je odeslaný a za chvíli jej Integromat zpracuje a uloží do tabulky.

It will appear in 60 seconds, at the interval you have set.

Objeví se do 60 ti sekund, tak jsme si nastavili spouštění scénáře.

And here it is.

A tady to máme.

In the log you can view informations about the run.

Můžeme se podívat do logu jak vše proběhlo.

You can see one new message.

Vidíme, že přibyla jedna zpráva.

You can display detailed information about the processing.

Opět si můžeme zobrazit podrobnosti o zpracování.

The scenario is ready to use. You can now easily list all your emails to Google Sheet.

Máme tedy hotový scénář, který všechny naše emaily zaznamená do Google Sheetu.
