Alright, let's break this down. I don't know what an EAS Empire is, but is this a fake Emergency Alert System?

Well, this is a fictional scenario, but the Emergency Alert System is real.

To edit my videos, I use Movie Maker which was discontinued January 10th this year. Rest in peace, Movie Maker. And, the font that I use is Sydnie. (Now I use Mode9)

Alright, so... Every radio and TV station in the US (and some in Canada) has special equipment that activates the EAS with the three tones at the beginning.
