In this video we will demonstrate how you can test the automatic case creation capability of SupportAssist Enterprise.

By default, SupportAssist Enterprise automatically verifies the case creation capability every day between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m.
デフォルトでは、毎日午後 11 時～午前 4 時の間に SupportAssist Enterprise によってケース作成機能が自動的に検証されます
If necessary, you can also test the case creation capability at any time to ensure that support case creation is working prior to an actual alert that would automatically create a support case.
また、必要に応じて、ケース作成機能をいつでもテストし、サポートケースの自動作成が必要になるような実際のアラートが発生する前に、サポートケース作成機能が動作していることを確認できます
Dell recommends that you test the case creation capability after you install and register SupportAssist Enterprise on the local system.
Dell では、ローカルシステムに SupportAssist Enterprise をインストールし、登録した後で、ケース作成機能をテストすることを推奨しています
To begin, point to the name of the currently logged in user, and then click SupportAssist Enterprise Test.
まず、現在のログインユーザーの名前にカーソルを置き、SupportAssist Enterprise Test（SupportAssist Enterprise テスト）をクリックします
Then, select the Case Creation test.
次に、Case Creation test（ケース作成テスト）を選択します
Finally, click Run tests.
最後に、Run tests（テストの実行）をクリックします
You can see the result of the test in the Status column.
テスト結果は Status（ステータス）列に表示されます
If the test is successful, the Ready to Create Cases status is displayed.
テストに問題がない場合には、Ready to Create Cases（ケース作成準備完了）というステータスが表示されます
