LEDは光らせるのが楽しみです

First of all, with this pen

まず最初にこちらのペンを使って

PCB, top plate, ProMicro

PCB、トッププレート、ProMicroを

塗装していきます

This is a custom look

これは見た目のカスタムですが

The sides are also black to match the black of the board

基板の黒に合わせて側面も黒に

It will look cool when painted

塗装するとカッコよくなるので

I will apply it first

まず最初に塗っていきます

I will also paint Pro Micro together

合わせてProMicroも塗っていきます

Painting is recommended, so please try it

Next is ProMicro's measures against mogul

次にProMicroのモゲ対策です

With this epoxy adhesive

Pay attention to two points regarding the direction of the consru

コンスルーの向きに関して2点注意します

Only one side of the consru has a golden pin

コンスルーは片側だけ金色のピンが

There is a window that you can see

見える窓があります

This window is on the upper side,

この窓は上側によっているのですが

Insert ProMicro into this close person

この寄っている方にProMicroを差し込みます

The other side has no window like this

もう一方の側面はこのように窓がありません

コンスルーは二本共に

Windows in the same direction

窓が同じ方向を

Insert so that it faces you

向くようにして差し込みます

Move the window to ProMicro and make it the same direction

コンスルーとPCBははんだ付けしませんので

Be careful only there

そこだけは注意します

2. Diode soldering

2. ダイオードのはんだ付け

The diode has a direction, and the black vertical line is a mark.

The vertical black line is inside the PCB frame

黒の縦線をPCBの枠内にある

Align with the thick white line

白い太線に向きを合わせます

Then in the PCB hole (through hole)

続いてPCBの穴（スルーホール）に

To insert a diode

ダイオードを差し込むため

足を折り曲げます

If you don't have a lead vendor

リードベンダーが無い人は

If you use tweezers, etc., with a uniform width

ピンセット等を使うと均一の幅で

You can bend it quickly

早く折り曲げられますよ

Plug into the PCB

PCBに差し込みます

If you put it in the wrong direction, the key will

向きを間違えるとキーが

I will not recognize it, so be careful

認識しないので十分注意します

3. Soldering the reset switch

Insert from the back

裏面から差し込んで

Solder from the surface

表面からはんだ付けします

4. Installing the key switch

今回使用するキースイッチは

Everglideのピンクにしました

It is better to attach the switch socket first

It was a lot in my experience,

私の経験では多かったんですが

Treadstone 48 on top plate

The procedure is to insert the key switch first.

キースイッチを先に差し込む手順になっています

Where you can choose the insertion position yourself

差し込み位置を自分で選択できる箇所が

Since there are two places, I decided the position

2か所あるので位置を決めました

Then overlay with the PCB

その後、PCBと重ねます

(It's becoming more like a keyboard)

Then turn it over

次に裏返して

I will solder the socket

ソケットをはんだ付けしていきます

The socket has holes for the switch feet

ソケットにはスイッチの足が刺さる穴があります

The switch foot is in this hole

この穴にスイッチの足が

While being aware of being stuck

刺さっていることを意識しながら

Socket on the PCB to avoid strain

無理がかからないようにPCBにソケットを

はめ込み、はんだ付けしていきます

5. Installing the stabilizer

5. スタビライザーの取り付け

Next, attach the stabilizer

次にスタビライザーを取り付けます

Rub before installing

Lube is applying a lubricant

ルブとは潤滑剤を塗ることです

This is done to suppress keystrokes and smooth movement.

Remove the bar while firmly grasping the structure

構造をしっかり把握しつつバーを外します

On both sides of the stem (shaft)

ステム（軸）部分の両脇に

Apply a lot of rubbing

ルブを多めに塗ります

Insert the housing in the correct orientation

向きに注意してハウジングに差し込みます

Then rub the bar

次にバーをルブします

Because the sound of the metal part is noticeable

金属部分の音が目立つので

Also apply a lot

こちらも多めに塗ります

Up to this point was the preparation for the stabilizer

ここまでがスタビライザーの前準備でした

Next we will attach it to the PCB

次にPCBへ付けていきます

It's my first experience installing a stabilizer

スタビライザーの取り付けが初体験なので

I'm a little excited

ちょっとワクワクしますね

There are two positions to attach the stabilizer.

スタビライザーを取り付ける位置が二か所あります

Prepare a band aid

バンドエイドを用意します

When the stem (axis) goes down

ステム（軸）が下がる際に

It hits the PCB, but the sound at that time

PCBにあたるのですが、その時の音を

It seems to have a suppressing effect

抑える効果があるそうです

Of the hole to insert the stabilizer

スタビライザーを差し込む穴の

Paste the band aid in between

間にバンドエイドを貼り付けます

I felt it after using it later

後から使ってみて感じたんですが

I thought it would be nice to have two

2枚ぐらいでもいいかなぁと思いました

There are big and small holes in the stabilizer

スタビライザーの穴は大小があって

I got lost when plugging in

差し込む際に迷いました

The size of the stabilizer's nails makes it easy to see the size.

スタビライザーの爪の根本で大小が分かるので

Seen from the back, the nail looks like this

Be careful not to put too much force on it, as your nails will break

6. Underglow LED soldering

Attach these two LED strips

こちらのLEDストリップ二本を取り付けます

Peel off both ends of the backing release paper

裏の剝離紙の両端のみ剥がします

The reason why I only peel off both ends

なぜ両端のみを剥がすのかというと

There is an LED terminal on the back of this tape

このテープの裏面にLED端子があり

When this comes in contact with the terminal on the PCB side

ここがPCB側の端子と接触すると

Because it may cause malfunction.

動作不良の原因になるためです

There are three lands in the center on the back of the PCB

PCB裏側の中央に三つのランドがあります

Solder the LED tape here

ここにLEDテープをはんだ付けします

The other side is also soldered here

もう一方も同様にこちらにはんだ付けします

The second one is soldered on only one side

二本目は片側のみはんだ付けします

The PCB print and the LED print

基板のプリントとLED側のプリントが

While confirming that they match

一致していることを確認しつつ

位置合わせしつつ

Paste the tape part

テープ部分を貼り付けます

Put the pre-solder first

先に予備はんだを盛っておいて

After that, connect it to the land on the tape side

その後、テープ側のランドとつなげるように

はんだ付けをしました

This is the other side of the first

こちらは一本目の反対側です

It was made beautiful by adding a little solder

ちょっとはんだを足すと綺麗にできました

The second end is a bit floating

二本目の末端はちょっと浮き気味なので

You can cut the terminal at the end

6. Mounting the OLED

I wanted to proceed

I will scrape it using a gold file

金蔵やすりを使い、削っていきます

First, I scraped the left side

まず、左側を削りました

I will also carve the other one in the same way.

もう一方も同様に削っていきます

I tried to attack

だいぶ、攻めてみました

いい感じです

Let's look at the wiring on the back

裏の配線を見てみましょう

The wiring will be okay

配線的には大丈夫でしょう

I entered beautifully like this

こんな感じで綺麗に入りました

やったー！！！

Next are pin sockets and pin headers.

続いて、ピンソケット・ピンヘッダです

I will insert it in advance

前もって差し込んでおきます

Plug it into the PCB

それをPCBに差し込みます

Continue to insert OLED

続けてOLEDを差し込みます

Because there is play like this

While checking exactly what is good

丁度良いところを確認しつつ

位置決めします

I was careful not to hide the USB connector

私はUSBコネクタが隠れないよう意識ました

Secure with masking tape and turn it over.

マスキングテープで固定し、裏返します

Solder the PCB and pin socket

PCBとピンソケットをはんだ付けします

Then solder the OLED and pin header

次にOLEDとピンヘッダをはんだ付けします

The protruding part of the pin header has been cut

ピンヘッダの突起部分は切断しました

Next is the OLED plate

次にOLEDプレートです

I peeled off the protective paper on the plate

プレートの保護紙を剥がしました

Place it on the spacer

スペーサーに合うようにのせて

Secure with screws

ネジで固定します

7. Writing the firmware

7. ファームウェアの書き込み

Next to ProMiro

次にProMiroへ

ファームウェアを書き込みます

Build from source

ソースからビルドして

Create firmware

ファームウェアを作成します

Then write the firmware to ProMicro

次にファームウェアをProMicroへ書き込みます

Burning completed

書き込みが完了しました

I will confirm the key input

キー入力を確認していきます

There were about eight unresponsive keys

八つぐらい反応しないキーがありました

Because the switch pin was bent

スイッチのピンが折れ曲がっていたので

修正したのと

It was fixed by reheating the solder in the socket

ソケットのはんだを温め直すことで修正できました

The OLED is operating safely, which is a relief.

OLEDも無事に動作していて一安心です

I confirmed the layer key on the OLED screen

レイヤーキーはOLEDの画面で確認しました

8. 組み立て

The final stage is now

さあ、いよいよ終盤です

Remove the protective paper from the bottom plate

Secure with screws
