On Virtual Reality we have different types of trainings
In Virtual Reality hebben we verschillende trainingstypes
On Training you can ride a selfmade course or select one of the preprogrammed courses
In Trainingen kan je een zelf gemaakte rit of een bestaande training selecteren
Select the Terrain and then one of the Training programs
Kies het terrein en dan één van de Trainingsporamma's
You also have the option to download one of the created programs that other Tacx users uploaded to BikeNet
Je hebt ook die optie om een aangemaakt programma te kiezen die door andere Tacx gebruikers naar BikeNet geupload zijn
You can select a different starting point. Select the course and then press the button Customize starting point
Je kunt ook het startpunt van de training aanpassen Selecteer het terrein en training en druk op "Startpunt aanpassen"
By picking up the slide bar you can go to your starting point
Door de startlijn te veschuiven kan je het startpunt bepalen
On the Settings you can change settings like:
Onder Instellingen kan je instellingen aanpassen als;
Terrain setting Weather conditions Power mode
Terrein instellingen Weer en wind instellingen Power mode
When setting your power mode on 50% it means
Als de je Power Mode aanpast naar 50% dan betekend dat
that the resitsance of the ride will be reduced to 50% of it's original
de weerstand van de rit met 50% verlaagd wordt.
For example; if you climb the Mont Ventoux at 100% and this is too tough, then set it
Bijvoorbeeld, als je de Mont Ventoux op 100% beklimt en dit is te zwaar, zet de Power Mode
to 60% and try to increase the procentage after each race
dan op 60% en pas deze percentage dan na elke rit aan
This will improve your fitness on the same ride.

The Lap-based training is a type of training where you can ride multiple laps on a fixed preprogrammed track
De Rondetraining is een type training waar je meerdere ronden kunt rijden op ייn voorgeprogrameerde ronde
On the Settings options you can change the amount
Bij Instellingen kan je het aantal
of laps you want to ride and change the settings of each terrain

On Points race you will have a sprint every 10 laps. The one that first crosses the line
In Puntenkoers heb je elke 10 rondes een sprint Degende die het eerst over de lijn gaat
will urn 5 point, second one 3, third 2 points and the 4th will get 1 point

Je wordt echt uit de rit gezet worden
Flying sprint can only be done in Velodrome.
Vliegende sprint kan alleen gedaan worden in Velodrome
On the Flying sprint the ride begins at a speed of 25 km/h
Bij een vliegende sprint zal de rit beginnen met een snelheid van 25 km/u
You will only do one lap and race against one opponent
je rijdt dan maar 1 ronde tegen 1 tegenstander
The Critirium race is on a closed course. Along the way premiums and drive rankings
