What is bandhan?

बंधन म्हणजे काय ?

It’s nothing but you are attaching yourself to your Mother

वेगळे असे काही नाही फक्त तुम्ही तुमच्या आई बरोबर जोडले जात आहात.

you’re just telephoning to Her

तुम्ही फक्त टेलिफोन करत आहात

This is a telephone going to your Mother, that’s all

फक्त तुमच्या आईला टेलिफोन करत आहात

We call it a Kavach

हे ठोस आहे ,तुम्ही कवच पहा

So you take the Kavach

तर तुम्ही कवच घ्या

Kavach is something you can say

कवच हे असे कि तुम्ही म्हणू शकता

that people wear those eh…

जे तुम्ही परिधान करतात

आत चिलखत

You see that sort of a thing, is Kavach

तुम्ही पाहाल अशी गोष्ट आहे कवच

So you must take that before going out

म्हणून बाहेर जाण्यापूर्वी तुम्ही ते घ्यायलाच हवे

Just take your Bandhan, In the morning

बस फक्त बंधन घ्या ,रोज सकाळी

when you are going out

जेव्हा तुम्ही बाहेर जात असाल

and if someone is argumentative just give a bandhan

आणि जर कोणी वाद घालणारा असेल तर फक्त एक बंधन द्या

Anything a little bandhan can work out so many things

फक्त बंधन कितीतरी गोष्टीसाठी काम करीत असतात

But we forget that we have entered into the kingdom of god

परंतु आपण विसरतो की आपण देवाच्या राज्यात आहोत

and all the saints

आणि सर्व संत

and all the angels and ganas are at your disposal

आणि सर्व देवदूत आणि गण तुमच्या मदती साठी आहेत

Now, I have to tell you how to give yourself the Kavach

to protect yourself

तुमचा हात वर ठेवून त्याला एक गाठ द्या

then again, the second one

मग पुन्हा, दुसरी

Give it the second knot

दुसरी गाठ द्या

Third knot you have to give three times.

तिसऱ्या वेळा तीन गाठ द्याव्या लागतील

Now again do it, please

आता परत हे करा, कृपया

one........, it’s two,..........and three. Done!

आता कवच

You have to take for your protection every morning

तुम्हाला दररोज सकाळी स्वतःच्या संरक्षणासाठी घ्यावे लागेल

when you go out, and before sleeping

उजवा हात अशाप्रकारे ठेवा

मग अशाप्रकारे उचलून,परत खाली आणा - हा अर्धा आहे

Then again you take it back – this is one

याला तुम्ही परत आणा ,हे एक पूर्ण झाले

Again you take it up, is again you take it back – is two

मग पुन्हा तुम्ही उचलता , पुन्हा परत आणता -हे दोन वेळा झाले

Again you take it like this, again you bring it back – is three And now you take it back only halfway, so three-and-a-half times

मग परत तुम्ही याला अशाप्रकारे घेऊन जात व परत आणता...तीन वेळा झाले आणि आता तुम्ही याला फक्त अर्ध्या वर आणा . याला साडेतीन म्हणतात

This is bandhan, is the Kavach, Kavach of protection

हे बंधन आहे, कवच आहे, संरक्षणाचे कवच आहे

Now, if you start using it, this Shakti

जर तुम्ही याचा वापर करण्यास सुरूवात केली तर ही शक्ती

Then every work you can do

प्रत्येक काम तुम्ही करू शकता

If any person is troubling you

जर एखादी व्यक्ती तुम्हाला त्रास देत असेल तर

Then for him also , in this type you can give a bandhan

मग त्याच्यासाठी देखील, त्याला याप्रकारे बंधन देऊ शकता

If you want to do any work, then you can give it a bandhan

जर तुम्हाला काही काम करायचे असेल तर तुम्ही बंधन देऊ शकता

Only bandhan....

फक्त बंधन.....

And in Bandhan what do you do

आणि बंधनात तुम्ही काय करता

This Shakti which is flowing through you

जी शक्ती तुमच्यामधून वाहणारी आहे

That Shakti itself you rotate it

त्या शक्तीला तुम्ही तुमच्या भोवती फिरवता

and that Shakti , whatever question you have

आणि त्या शक्तीला, जे पण तुम्हाला प्रश्न आहेत

And whatever is a problem for you

आणि कोणतीही समस्या असल्यास

you give that a bandhan

तुम्ही त्यास बंधन द्या

That Shakti starts working on that

ती शक्ती त्यावर आपले कार्य करण्यास सुरवात करते

You have that Shakti

तुमच्याकडे ती शक्ती आहे

You are so powerful

तुम्ही खूप शक्तिशाली आहात

If you use this, then i don't knows what all will happen

जर तुम्ही त्या शक्तीचा वापर केला तर तुम्ही कुठल्या कुठे जाल

First of all you must humble down your self in your heart

सर्वप्रथम तुम्ही स्वतःच्या अंतःकरणात आत्म्यास नमन केले पाहिजे

and from there work on the heart of others

आणि तिथून इतरांचे हृदय वर कार्य करायला हवे

just put a bandhan

फक्त एक बंधन दया

and you will see a person will melt away

आणि तुम्ही पहाल की एखादी व्यक्ती द्रवून जाईल

We melt our Intelligence, our ego, everything

आपण आपली बुद्धिमत्ता, आपला अहंकार, सर्वकाही द्रवून जाईल

even your Superego in your heart

इतकेच नाही तर तुमचा प्रतिअहंकार सुध्दा द्रवून जातो

So if you could appeal to somebody’s heart

जर तुम्ही एखाद्याला हृदयापासून आवाहन करून

and put a bandhan on the heart

आणि हृदयावर बंधन दिले

you can melt that person

तर तुम्ही त्या व्यक्तीचे हृदय द्रवू शकतात

And if you love someone

आणि जर तुम्ही एखाद्यावर प्रेम करत असाल

and if you want that person should be corrected

आणि तुम्हाला वाटत असेल त्या व्यक्तीला सुधारले पाहिजे

Supposing such a person is a drunk

समजा अशी व्यक्ती दारूच्या नशेत आहे

or a person who beats you

किंवा ती व्यक्ती जी तुम्हाला मारहाण करते

and is torturing you because he is under the spell of

आणि तुमचा छळ करीत असेल कारण ती नशेच्या प्रभावात असेल

some drugs or some sort of a foreign thing

काही नशा किंवा परदेशी वस्तू च्या प्रभावात असतील

then, you just put bandhan to his heart

मग तुम्ही फक्त त्यांच्या हृदयात बंधन द्या

and you will see, they will be changed about it

आणि तुम्ही पहा या विषयी त्यांचे विचार बदलून जातील

If you see in the newspaper something give it a bandhan

जर तुम्ही वर्तमानपत्रात काहीतरी पाहिले तर त्यास बंधन द्या

if you read about somebody who has been very immoral

जर तुम्ही अशा एखाद्याविषयी वाचले जे अत्यंत अनैतिक आहे

give it a bandhan

तर त्याला बंधन द्या

because it will work, you are saints and you can do a lot

कारण ते कार्य करेल, तुम्ही संत आहात आणि तुम्ही बरेच काही करू शकता

Whatever you desire will happen

तुम्हाला जे हवे असेल ते होईल

So that’s one thing I feel is

म्हणून मला वाटते ही एक गोष्ट आहे

त्यामुळे इतर लोकांमध्ये समृद्धी, आनंद देईल

Bandhan..., before eating any food you eat

बंधन ..., तुम्ही जे पण खाल त्याला खाण्यापूर्वी

you must give it a bandhan like this 3 times

तुम्ही त्याला तीन वेळा असे बंधन दिलेच पाहिजे

So your vibrations flow into the food

म्हणून तुमचे चैतन्य अन्नामध्ये प्रवाहित होईल

and you get it sanctified

आणि तुम्हाला ते पवित्र बनवतात

Or else you can also use your hands for eating

अन्यथा तुम्ही तुमचा हात खाण्यासाठी देखील वापरू शकता

if you have washed your hands, then its alright

Or else, if you are taking the water,

By moving your right hand around your Aura 7 times

तुमचा उजवा हात आपल्या आभाभोवती 7 वेळा फिरवून

Very Important….

फार महत्वाचे….

Because your thoughts will take over

कारण तुमचे विचार तुमच्यावर प्रभाव टाकत असतात

Some people will tell you something….

काही लोक तुम्हाला काहीतरी सांगतील….

Three……....

तीन……...

Four…. Don’t forget the experience

चार…. अनुभव विसरू नका

सहा .....

आणि सात

Now raising of Kundalini is very easy

आता कुंडलिनीचे वर उचलणे खूप सोपे आहे

because you are empowered now

कारण आपण आता सशक्त आहात

Its very easy to Raise your Kundalini

आपल्या कुंडलिनी ला उचलणे खूप सोपे आहे

Put your left hand in front of your kundalini

तुमचा डावा हात तुमच्या कुंडलिनी समोर ठेवा

Now the Right hand has to move

आता उजवा हात हलवावा लागेल

upward, forward, downward, backward. That’s all

वर, पुढे, खाली, मागे एवढेच

And the left has to be raised straight

आणि डावाहात सरळ वर करायचा आहे

you have to watch the left hand

तुम्हाला डाव्या हातचा पाहायचे आहे

आता ते सुरू करा

Take your hand above your head now

आता तुमच्या हाताला डोक्याच्या वर घेऊन जायचे आहे

and give it a big twist, Push back your head and give

आणि त्यास मोठा वळण द्या, आपले डोके परत ढकलून द्या

आता एक मोठा वेढा घेऊन एक गाठ द्या

Again, let's do it again

परत एक वेळा करू या

ठीक आहे ... ते तिथे आहे

आपण स्वत: ला बंधन देऊ

after raising our Kundalini

आपल्या कुंडलिनीला वर उचल्यावर

Attention on your Sahastrara, don’t close your eyes,

आपल्या सहस्त्राराकडे लक्ष द्या

Push back your head,....... one……

डोळे बंद करू नका, डोके मागे ढकला, ....... एक ……

पुन्हा…

Sit Straight….

सरळ बसा….

Take it up, on your head….

हे तुमच्या डोक्यावर घेऊन जा ….

आता बंधन

One…..Two….

एक दोन….

Do it properly, systematically, Three…

हे व्यवस्थित करा, पद्धतशीरपणे, तीन…

All of us should do properly.

आपल्या सर्वांनी व्यवस्थित करायला पाहिजे

Try to wait as I am doing

जसे मी करीत आहे, तसे करण्याचा प्रयत्न करा
