僕がバックドライブをかけるというイメージを考えれば足がもう少し開くと思います。

This stance is for playing backhand loop

基本バックドライブかけるのはカットボールを意味するものです。

私たちが最初に学ぶべきカットボールドライブを基準に説明します。

Distance your legs wider than the basic position

この姿勢がドライブにかかりやすい姿勢です。

Because it’s easy to get the power on your body during the stroke

中心が下に押さえつけられて力が出るので、

The reason why the elbow tend to get close to your body as you swing forward

その理由はラケットが出る時肘が瞬間的に変わります。

ラケットの先と肘が瞬間的に交差するっていうか

The racket is heading forward and elbow is getting close to the next body

ラケットは前に出て、肘は入ってきて

I’ll demonstrate bad position

どういう姿勢が出るかというと

It looks like this

肘を上げてスイングスタート

It supposed to going to right side like a gesture of opening fan

扇子を伸ばすようにラケットを右に持っていかないといけないんですが

The swing will go straight because of this elbow

肘が入ると、こうやってスイングが直線に出るんです。

Okay, I’ll give you tips

肘をしっかり使わないといけないのに、今日そのコツを教えます。

I told your elbow never stick with your body

僕がショートする時、肘を浮かすって言ったじゃないですか。

keep your elbow up and make a space here

肘を持って、そして空間がないといけないって言ったし

We need this space for the back swing

この空間がたくさんないとバックスイングが上手くできません。

When you do back swing, we have to move wrist and body to create power

バックスウィングをしながら手首も動かして腰も使ってボールに力を入れるじゃないですか。

It supposed to lower body against backspin ball

カットボールが来たら、下げないといけないじゃないですか。

you shouldn't move your elbow down then

姿勢を低くする時、肘も一緒に低くするのは絶対いけません。

If your elbow is low, it would be lower than ball bounce and it’s hard to hit

体側に肘を一緒に下げるとしたらボールのバウンドより腕とラケットが下がりすぎてボールをうまく打つことができません。

こんな風に

Keep your elbow at this level same as backhand drive

そこで、肘はそのままショート姿勢のカット姿勢がそのまま維持され、

Just wrist down and push your elbow slightly forward

ここでラケットの先は下げて肘を前に押してくれると思って体を曲げないといけません。

To bring your head of racket close to the body, twist your body slightly

肘はそんなに前に出ないけどラケットの先が入るために右の中心を少し押す感じで

Holding your elbow all the time

肘がそのままで

It makes a space here this much

肘を持って、僕がこうやって見せるとここの空間がこんなに多いんです。

肘が下がると、ここのスペースがなくなるんです。

Also, you’re not able to move your wrist back

そしたら手首を曲げられません。

すると手首がこうやって前に進んだ状態で歩かないといけません。

That's why your elbow should be higher level

なので肘はこうやって持って

and imagine drawing a big circle

ここの空間を、僕が円を一番大きく描くと思いながら

ラケットの先をこうやって下げて

肘を見てください。

As if the swing is equivalent to level 1 to 10

スイングが全体的に 1から10まであったら

すると肘が持ち上げられているのでそうすると上のスイングになります。

It's an axis of swing

肘を軸に下がって

後ろに行って

and hitting the ball

肘を軸にインパクトを打ち

and the rotate your arm

肘を軸に前に進みます。

The racket is going above the elbow

だから肘より上にスイングが出るでしょう。

It's easy to brush the ball over the net

そしたらスイングがこんなに高く出るのでネットを上手く超えることができます。

It means this swing makes the ball fly higher

ボールがあまりかからないスイングが作られるということです。

If your elbow down what is going to happen

肘が下がると、どんなスイングが出るかというと

It ends up breaking down

降りて死にます。

Your swing is lower than the net line

じゃあ白線より低いスイングで打つ方が多いんですよ。

It's very hard to generate spin on the ball

こうなると反対側のテーブルで強くスピンでかけにくくなります。

Try to keep your elbow higher and then stroke

そのため、ひじをしっかり握って引っ張られながら維持される。

Remind it during the stroke

肘は本当に重要だから、こうやって考えて

Holding your elbow at this level

1万人を先に押して、そこで踏ん張ると思ってくださればと思います。

チャン·ウジン選手は内側から押し出せって言うんですが

Both means swing should come from the opposite side of holding the racket

それは全部、おへそを基準にした時ラケットはこっちの反対側に行かないといけません。

the racket should head to left side even if it looks like middle

まずこのラインで行かないといけないのは合ってるし真ん中に降ってるみたいだけど。

Bring racket back toward your left thigh than between legs

真ん中より少し反対側の太ももに下がると思っていただいて

Then your elbow never be lower

この時、降ろすために肘を絶対に下げません。

If you don't lower your elbow, the racket won't go down

それではある程度で止まります。肘をぶつけないと、これ以上下がれないので

I’ll demonstrate maintaining elbow up

肘を持ってバックスイングをしてみます。

Put your Racket back toward left side

ラケットを反対側に少し下げて

and then imagine there is a huge ball here

ここから肘を軸に大きな球があると思って

Swinging along the line of the ball

大きなボールがここにある考えて、そのラインでスイングが出るんです。

it's like a semicircle

半円を描きながら前に

Drawing the shape of the ball and swing forward

ボールの形に沿ってずっと回して伸ばす。

Start from here and impact the ball

こちらから始めたら出てインパクトをして

I’m sure a lot of amateur players move their wrist a lot without movement of fore arm

It never makes a big swing

こんなにスイングができないんです。

let say this angle is aligned with racket and arm

バックドライブをかける時、この角度が正常で

This angle is facing down

これが下がったもので

and this angle is facing up

これが上がったなら

I want to tell you that we need more this movement of wrist

じゃあ、ここから手首よりはここから手首がもっと重要です。

If you move this fore part of wrist,

なのでこうやって下りて、ここを書くなら元の状態で前手首を使うくらいなら

We need the back part of movement of wrist

後ろから元の状態まで使ったほうがドライブがもっと上手にできます。

You need to get wrist down and bring your racket inwardly

手首を下げながらラケットの先を中に入れます。

Adjust your angle showing your back rubber to the opponent

なので前から見た時、裏面を見えないようにせずに

It's not good to make close angle

こうなると、ボールを合わせるためにスイングがひっくり返る場合が多いので良くないし、

you don't have to flip your racket

手首を使ってもひっくり返る手首ではなく、

Your racket head put down and then bring inward

端を下ろして中に入れるという感じで

Your back rubber should be shown to your opponent

この面が前の人に見えるように

前手首は度が過ぎるとボールを正しく当てられない確率が高いため、

When Professional players play backhand loop

選手たちも最後のスイングをした時

How looks like my arm over the wrist? Or not?

こうやって僕の手首を痛めましたか？流れてないんですか？

70 percent of professional players have aligned arm at the end of swing

こうやって越えずに終わる選手たちが 70%以上になります。

I think there are not many players rotating their wrist this much

手首をここまで回す選手は多くないようです。

You only use the power in this area

ここからここまで力を入れて

After hitting, dragging the ball forward

その次はずっと引っ張っていく感じ。

Avoid moving your wrist a lot

手首はこうやって前手首をたくさん使わないでください。

We need only the movement from back to front

後ろから正面まで手首を書いていただいて

and show your back rubber to your opponent all the way through

顔を見えないようにしないで

Once you contact the ball, drag the ball forward

面を見せて中に入れた状態でスウィングをしてインパクトをして前に進む。こうやって手首を使ってくださればと思います。

It can be thick contact

まず正確に当てることができて

ボールを取っておいて引っ張っていくのでボールに重さを加えることができます。

基本的に体の前で起きる技術なので

体の前で出る技術なので

It's really hard to create power on the ball

体に力をボールに入れるのが簡単ではありません。

To transfer power into the ball,

押してから体に力を、ボールに押す力を与えるんです。

Slightly push the belly at the impact timing

起き上がる船を押してくれる

A lot of players doing like this

お腹をこうやって押すことが、すごく多いんです。
